Unopened items in original package condition or services can be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PRODUCT: SYSTEM FAILURE OUT OF THE BOX

An Apple-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please bring it to iSTYLE within 24 hours of the invoice date. iSTYLE will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you following options:


Replacement

iSTYLE will contact you to set up a replacement order of your DOA product.


If you think your product is defective, please contact an iSTYLE showroom, Such a Defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section below for specific information about Apple's product warranties).

Service

You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer for replacement. The DOA policy applies to all Apple hardware products Currently offered at iSTYLE. As new products are offered, iSTYLE reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. If the product is deemed DOA by iSTYLE Computers' Service Department not to be DOA, Apple's standard product warranty will apply.


CUSTOM - CONFIGURED PRODUCTS

We are pleased to offer products that are customer-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.


MICROSOFT WINDOWS

Apple and 3rd party software developers offer you ways of running Microsoft Windows OS on your Apple Hardware. iSTYLE does not cover support and service for your windows partition or Microsoft software problems.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Apple hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase.


COMPLIANCE WITH GLOBAL EXPORT LAWS

Reseller/Customer warrants that it is knowledgeable and undertakes to comply with all applicable Export and import laws, regulations, orders and policies (hereinafter “Export and import obligations”), including but not limited to those of the United States and European Union (and its individual Member States), when selling, transferring, exporting or re-exporting, computer hardware, software, services and/or computer networking products (including Demo) and technical data purchased from iSTYLE Lebanon SAL.

These Export and import obligations notably include obtaining all necessary clearance requirements, obtaining export and import licenses and exemptions, and making all proper filings.

Reseller/Customer further agrees to indemnify iSTYLE Lebanon SAL and iSTYLE Lebanon SAL’s suppliers from claims made against iSTYLE Lebanon SAL and iSTYLE Lebanon SAL’s suppliers for Reseller/Customer’s failure to comply with applicable Export and import obligations.


FOREIGN CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT (FCPA) COMPLIANCE

Reseller/Customer is responsible to fully comply with the FCPA and shall not directly or indirectly pay, offer, promise or give anything of value to any employee or official of a government or government controlled entity , political party or to any other person if Reseller/Customer is aware or has reason to believe that such money or item of value will be passed on to one of the above to influence any act or decision by such person or by any governmental body for the purpose of obtaining, retaining or directing business to iSTYLE Lebanon SAL. or its suppliers.


CHANGE OF BANK DETAILS

iSTYLE Lebanon SAL will never inform you of a change of their bank details through an e-mail, text message or other electronic means. Should you receive any correspondence announcing a change in bank details, we advise you to get in touch by phone with your point of contact at the concerned entity.

Should you fail to do so, iSTYLE Lebanon SAL will not be held responsible for any incorrect payments or losses incurred by your company.
